The PH Great Lakes Finals brought out some of the region's top sneaker-circuit talent, giving scouts a prime look at the next wave of impactful prospects. From towering 6-9 rim-protectors to lightning-fast guards, the weekend was defined by explosive athleticism and elite upside.

[player_tooltip player_id='2856685' first='Qwayland' last='Howard'] | 6'9” F/C | Phenom United 2028

Howard easily solidified himself as one of the most intriguing long-term prospects in the building. At 6-foot-9 with a naturally strong frame, he already possesses the "SLAP" qualities Size, Length, Athleticism, and Physicality—to completely dictate the game. He provided the highlight of the weekend when he trailed a missed shot, elevated over a defender, and threw down a ferocious putback slam in the half-court. While his offensive game is still a bit raw, his high motor and physical tools mean he won't struggle to produce while he refines his skill set "in the lab." Rebounding and shot-blocking are already second nature for this explosive young big.

[player_tooltip player_id='2540198' first='Terrence' last='Davis'] | G/F | All In 2028

Davis is a pure, explosive athlete who simply gets off the ground with ease. A two-sport standout, his elite bounce translates seamlessly to both ends of the floor. Davis left a permanent mark on the weekend when he went up to rescue a bad pass, turning it into a spectacular lob finish. Beyond the highlight plays, he used a lightning-quick first step to get downhill at will. Defensively, he was a menace, racking up steal after steal to ignite the transition offense. Add in a visibly improved handle and crisper passing, and Davis looks like a serious problem for opposing defenses.

[player_tooltip player_id='2389107' first='Haze' last='Massey'] | G | All In 2027

Massey was a human highlight reel on both sides of the ball. A bouncy, quick guard, he consistently made explosive plays at the rim while operating as a lockdown defender on the perimeter. Massey popped with his quickness, reading the floor beautifully and dictating the tempo of the game. He was lethal in transition but showed great maturity when the game slowed down, hitting cutters in stride and displaying excellent playmaking off the dribble. Combined with his ability to make tough shots, Massey proved to be a complete package.

Chance Derosett | 6'5” W | Phenom United 2028

An athletic and highly skilled 6-foot-5 wing, Derosett put his full versatile arsenal on display. After throwing down a flurry of highlight-reel dunks early in the weekend, he showed he is much more than just a finisher. The smooth lefty flashed a tightened handle and the ability to knock down shots from deep. Derosett was relentlessly active—slashing through traffic, crashing the glass for putbacks, and treating the rim with bad intentions all through Sunday morning.

Codey Bush | G | Phenom United 2029

Bush is a fast-twitch lead guard who absolutely thrives in the open court. Featuring a long, lanky frame, he plays with a level of poise, IQ, and true floor-general feel that is well beyond his years. He checks a lot of boxes: size, vision, and a fierce competitive drive. Bush balances his elite playmaking instincts with a lethal perimeter jump shot, making him a dynamic threat who can either pick a defense apart with his passing or hurt them from deep.

Jacob Brown | 6'3” W | London Ramblers

The 6-foot-3 bouncy wing showed off a balanced blend of playmaking and scoring ability. Brown looked incredibly comfortable smoothly orchestrating offensive possessions. He used his quickness to gain a step on his defender, collapsing the defense before making smart, calculated reads with the rock. When defenses sagged to prevent the drive, he proved to be a lethal spacing threat from beyond the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='2877543' first='Landon' last='Lethunya'] | 6'9” | [program_tooltip program_id='2078374' first='Full' last='Package'] 2027

Lethunya is a lengthy, uber-bouncy power forward who plays way above the rim. For a 6-foot-9 big man, he moves incredibly well and runs the floor with purpose, which he capped off this weekend with a hammer transition dunk. He is a high-volume rebounder who flashes intriguing perimeter skills. Unfortunately, an injury cut his weekend short, but the glimpse he provided showed exactly why he is a prospect to keep a close eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id='2860531' first='George' last='Gray'] | G/F | All In 2027

Gray is 6'6 athletic wing that utilizes his long, lanky frame, Offensively, he is incredibly slippery moving without the ball around the basket and pairs that instinct with a remarkably soft touch. When fully healthy, his elite athleticism takes center stage, allowing him to make high-level plays at the rim whether he's flushing down explosive dunks or converting acrobatic layups through traffic. On defense he operates as a premier ball hawk in the passing lanes and displays excellent timing as a weak-side rim protector.

The PH Great Lakes Finals brought out some of the region's top sneaker-circuit talent, giving scouts a prime look at the next wave of impactful prospects. From towering 6-9 rim-protectors to lightning-fast guards, the weekend was defined by explosive athleticism and elite upside.
