Offseason Circuit Look: Emerging 2028 Prospects Gaining Momentum

The offseason continues to create opportunities for under the radar prospects to separate themselves, and this group of 2028 guards and forwards has been building momentum through strong play, increased confidence, and expanded roles.    Williams brings nonstop energy every time he steps on the floor. The 6-2 point guard impacts the game on both ends with his activity level, toughness, and ability to make winning plays. Defensively, he's aggressive in passing lanes, competes on the glass, and uses his length well when contesting shots around the rim. Offensively, Williams continues to show value as a three-level scorer who can thrive with or without the ball in his hands. His movement off the basketball and ability to attack openings make him a difficult matchup for defenders.     Whisler has continued to develop his overall game as a solid passer with a growing scoring bag. He consistently finds cutters, makes advanced reads across the floor, and keeps the offense flowing with good pace and decision-making. Not only a knock down shooter from three range, but can really get to the basket with solid handles and physicality. As his offensive mindset continues to grow, Whisler's value is becoming much more complete.     West is a dynamic guard who plays with confidence and downhill aggression. He gets to his spots well off the bounce, uses his athleticism to create separation, and can pressure defenses as both a driver and perimeter shooter. His jumper has become more reliable from deep, which only opens up driving lanes even more. West also competes with high energy defensively, where his effort and quickness continue to stand out throughout offseason play.     Chodachek continues to produce through physicality, effort, and toughness around the basket. The strong forward scores efficiently on the block using solid footwork and touch with either hand. He rebounds at a high level on both ends and consistently brings a competitive edge every possession.     Thomas plays with noticeable energy and confidence whenever he checks into the game. He's a physical guard who attacks the paint aggressively and finishes well around the rim. As his jump shot continues developing, his offensive upside becomes even more intriguing. Thomas has steadily expanded his game this offseason and is beginning to show signs of becoming a more complete scoring threat.     Hall is putting together a productive offseason with meaningful reps that should translate well into the high school season. The combo guard brings balance offensively, capable of finishing at the rim or knocking down perimeter shots. He also competes defensively, generating steals and using sneaky athleticism to create transition opportunities. Hall's overall feel and versatility continue to trend in a positive direction heading into the next stage of his development.
