As expected, more area players are making waves with their recruitment. While some continue to collect next-level offers, others have already made their commitments on where they'll continue their careers. With a live period right around the corner, this looks like the start of an action-packed few weeks.

Adam Tanner | 5'10" Guard | Oak Park

Tanner, who's put together a decorated high school career, has now found his home at the next level. He'll be playing at Saint Mary in Kansas, announcing his commitment. There's no doubt he'll compete for immediate playing time and impact, and he could be one of the more productive area recruits in his first year.

Corbin Johnson | 6'4" Guard | Sunrise Christian

Corbin's recruitment continues to catch fire, as he's picked up four Division II offers in the last week, with more likely on the way. In addition to Newman, Missouri Southern, Northwestern Oklahoma State, and Truman State have all offered the Sunrise Christian Post Grad product. He remains one of the top shooters still available in the 2026 class.

Aidan O'Haire | 6'4" Guard | Francis Howell

O'Haire has flown under the radar over the last year as one of the better guards in the St. Louis metro area. He's now made it official, committing to William Jewell and will compete in the GLVC. His frame and ability to impact games should help him right away and could be the difference in whether he cracks the rotation and plays immediately.

Kenison Stone | 6'4" Wing | Staley

Stone has added another junior college offer, with Garden City now in the fold. There could still be more on the way, as two-way wings are always at a premium. There's no doubt that wherever Kenison ends up, he could be an immediate impact piece and one of the better athletes in the Kansas City metro area.

Max Galindo | 5'10" Guard | Olathe North

Galindo, who recently picked up an offer from Garden City, appears to fit the mold for the Broncbusters, as they've had a lot of success with smaller perimeter players who can really handle and score the ball offensively. There could be more offers on the way, but this looks like a strong fit for both sides.

Hudson Weikal | 6'3" Guard | Olathe East

Weikal is another guard who has committed to William Jewell. Hudson had multiple options but chose the Division II route while staying close to home. He projects as a true combo guard at the next level, and it will be intriguing to see how the Cardinals utilize him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2979874' first='Braylen' last='Siebenmorgen'] | 6'7" Forward | Hiawatha

A rising prospect in the 2027 class, Siebenmorgen has jumped onto the scene with an offer from Morningside. As he continues to gain opportunities and exposure this summer, he could certainly add to that list and see more programs reach out. With his size and dynamic play, it will be interesting to see how he stacks up against some of the better regional forwards this summer as well.

Leon Powell III | 6'6" Wing | Vashon

It seems as if Powell is always picking up new offers each week, with Southern Indiana becoming the latest Division I program to extend one. As mentioned before, it will be worth monitoring how Leon finishes this summer and whether he can work his way into the Power Four conversation with some regional programs.
