Reed Jacobson utilized his body to shield defenders away from the ball, particularly in the lane when facing up or finishing against contact. Not only were his strides long and effective, but so was his reach as he extended his arms to capitalize above the defense with smooth finishes off the glass. Reed played with a motor that didn't allow him to give up on plays, fighting for second, third, and even fourth-chance rebounds.

Dashel Glasgow's stock has steadily been on the rise throughout this year. During his most recent outing, he excelled posting up on the block and turning over his left shoulder to finish a jump hook in the middle of the lane. With two hard dribbles he was able to back his man under the rim, showing forcefulness down low. Glasgow showed off his footwork by combining drop-step pivots, half spins, and reversals to create space and finish effectively.

At 6-foot-3, he played much bigger than his height as a phenomenal run-and-jump athlete with elite defense and transition finishing skills, an excellent example of a two-way athletic wing capable of defending multiple positions. Micaiah Hill's freakish stride length and explosiveness allowed him to recover and chase down plays where he displayed unreal timing along with a great first and second jump, burst, and vertical pop. His quick-twitch athleticism stood out tremendously, allowing him to react with fast reflexes and make impact plays.

Javon Ross changed the momentum of the game as a dynamic coast-to-coast threat off the defensive rebound, his speed in the open court was unstoppable and often led him all the way to the basket. His effort brought game-changing energy, as his intensity proved contagious on the defensive end. He put immense pressure on the ball, digging and swiping with timely instincts that made his man uncomfortable handling it.
