Freshman Friday 15U: Stomping Grounds

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stomping Grounds kicked off friday evening in Sioux Falls and it didn't disappoint. High energy and high skill level was on full display from the beginning games of the tournament. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Teams from multiple states showed up to compete and big time competition is exactly what took place! Miles changed the game with his length and athleticism as he had several blocks in the paint. Made the most of all his opportunities, hustle plays are his bread and butter and used his strong stature to play strong post defense. I loved how he boxed out and starts the fast break for his team. Scored inside and out, had decent handles for his position. Showed toughness on the boards and scoring in traffic. With his size and strength he not only is a matchup nightmare but is able to get his shot off at will vs pretty much anyone. Shows athe ability to be creative off the catch and his pull-up game was on point. Scored on post ups and catch n shoot 3's. Shot lights out from three in second half and sparked his team offensively. Defensively he showed hes a difference maker on that end of the floor also blocking shots and being a rebound demon! Hes more then willing to make the extra pass also and had some nice and timely passes to open cutters for easy half court scores.
