One of the best things about AAU basketball is discovering players before everyone else knows their name, and Centennial State Cup was full of those moments. These under-the-radar prospects made the most of their opportunity with big plays, nonstop energy, tough defense, and confidence throughout the weekend. Whether it was scoring, creating for teammates, or impacting the game with hustle and intensity, these players left a strong impression and proved they are names to keep watching this summer.

Skinner put together an impressive showing, running the offense with poise and purpose. He was an outstanding facilitator, consistently delivering sharp, timely passes that kept defenders guessing and created easy scoring chances for his teammates. His ability to control the pace and read the floor stood out all weekend. When defenders sagged he made them pay with a smooth, confident shot from deep. On the other end he held his own by staying in front of his man and applying steady pressure. Skinner's all around game and decision making make him a guard to watch as he continues to develop

Miller had a huge breakout and was very skilled all weekend with his defense and ability to turn it into offense. He was active in the passing lanes, racking up steals and creating extra possessions with his anticipation and toughness. On the ball he competed hard and made things uncomfortable for whoever he was guarding. Offensively his hesitation move kept defenders off balance, allowing him to create space and get downhill. Once he got to the rim he finished with confidence and control. Miller's defensive intensity and ability to convert on the other end made him a big time impact player throughout the tournament

Crespo was a constant problem for opponents all tournament, making his presence felt with energy and anticipation. He racked up steals by jumping passing lanes and staying active in passing situations, turning defense into instant offense. Once he got in transition he was always around the rim, sprinting the floor and positioning himself for easy finishes. Crespo consistently found ways to get downhill and convert at the basket, showing great timing and effort. His nonstop activity, defensive playmaking and willingness to run hard every possession made him a reliable spark and a momentum shifter throughout the weekend

Burns used his length and size to make a steady impact throughout the tournament, giving his team valuable versatility on both ends. Offensively he showed his ability to stretch the floor, stepping out and knocking down shots while also keeping the defense honest inside. His frame allowed him to see over defenders and operate comfortably in space, making smart reads and simple plays when needed. Defensively his length was disruptive, affecting shots and closing passing lanes. Burns played with good control and presence, using his physical tools efficiently to stay productive and consistent all weekend long

Cistone was relentless all weekend, bringing nonstop energy and effort every time he stepped on the floor. Defensively he stood out with his active stance and arms up pressure, making it tough for ball handlers to see passing lanes or get comfortable. He works extremely hard on that end, staying engaged and competing on every possession. As a point guard he also showed solid handles and good ball security, keeping things steady under pressure and limiting mistakes. He may not always be flashy, but his impact is constant. Cistone's toughness, discipline and willingness to do the gritty work made him a valuable presence throughout the tournament

These under-the-radar prospects made the most of their opportunity with big plays, nonstop energy, tough defense, and confidence throughout the weekend.
