May is almost half over, meaning the spring live period is creeping closer. The 2029 class might have only played one season of varsity basketball, but that won't stop them from making an impact this May. Here are the 2029 Group 2 prospects to watch this May.

[player_tooltip player_id='3515524' first='Jackson' last='Davis'], 6'2 SG Robbinsville

Davis is the top ranked shooting guard in the 2029 class and should put it on display this May. The 6'2 guard has a good first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and can finish through contact. Davis can also knock down jumpers from behind the arc and can make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He is an underrated rebounder and slides his feet on the defensive end. Davis is a talented guard prospect who should put his game on display during the month.

[player_tooltip player_id='2633990' first='Clint' last='Martin'], 6'2 SF/SG Rumson-Fair Haven

Martin had big games down the stretch for the Bulldogs and should carry that form over into May. The 6'2 wing attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the basket and is unafraid of drawing contact. Martin is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper can get hot from distance in a hurry. He has the length to defend both spots on the perimeter and is a solid rebounder. Martin is a lanky wing prospect who should impact the game at both ends of the floor over the next couple of weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2884538' first='Omar' last='Ayyash'], 6'0 SG Ocean Township

Ayyash had a big debut varsity season for the Trojans as he put up over 400 points. The 6'0 guard has a smooth shooting stroke and can knock down triples in bunches. Ayyash moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the half court. He is a solid rebounder and gets deflections on the defensive end. Ayyash is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should torch the nets from distance this spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='3544134' first='Vin' last='Certelli'], 6'1 SF/SG Westwood

Certelli has the ability to play either spot on the perimeter, which makes him an intriguing prospect to track in the class. The 6'1 wing uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and finishes well around the rim. Certelli is more than just a slasher as he has a good shooting stroke and sets his feet before he shoots. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and jumps passing lanes on the defensive end. Certelli had four double-doubles in his debut varsity season and should put his grittiness on display this May.

[player_tooltip player_id='2884537' first='Ahmad' last='Ayyash'], 6'0 SG Ocean Township

Ayyash has the ability to have a breakout spring as he should have the ball in his hands more. The 6'0 guard can get to his spot on the floor and has a nice touch in the mid-range. Ayyash moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the half court. He is an underrated passer and works hard on the defensive end. Ayyash is a hard-working guard prospect whose ability to run the offense effectively will help his stock this May.
