Stock Risers: Volusia/Flagler Underclassmen to Watch

The Volusia/Flagler area has several prospects making a name for themselves on the high school and travel circuits. Here's a look at some of the underclassmen in the area whose stock is clearly on the rise.    One of the nation's top wing prospects, Robinson combines size, length, and athleticism with a steadily improving skill set. His shot making and ball handling have taken significant strides, and he shows a solid feel for the game. After posting 27.6 points per game this season at Pine Ridge, he has clearly established himself as a high level scoring threat with upside.     The Mainland HS product averaged 15.8 points and 3.6 assists per game this season. A high academic prospect, Manely is a highly skilled, fast, and athletic ball handling guard who can make shots both off the catch and off the dribble. He sees the floor well, consistently finds open teammates, and plays with toughness.     The 6'7 junior averaged 16 points per game for the Barracudas and continues to emerge as an intriguing wing prospect. Fieser has good positional size and a versatile offensive skill set, with the ability to stretch the floor from beyond the arc, score in the midrange, and attack the rim off the dribble. He has a with a high basketball IQ and is a good decision maker. Still somewhat under the radar, he's a prospect college coaches should be getting familiar with.     The junior is a mobile forward who brings versatility on both ends of the floor. He averaged 12.6 points and 10.7 rebounds per game for the 23–10 Sharks, showcasing consistent production. Martin can score on the block and has the ability to step out and knock down an open three, adding value as a stretch option. His mobility and athleticism allow him to alter shots defensively and rebound effectively. He plays with a high motor and consistent effort at both ends of the floor.     Kabongo is an improving, hard playing big man with a strong, athletic frame and a high motor. He finishes everything around the rim, rebounds effectively at both ends, and brings physicality to the paint. Defensively, he shows developing versatility with the ability to protect the rim and hold his own in different matchups. College coaches at the highest levels are beginning to take notice of his upside and continued progress.
