Space Coast Underclassmen Stock Risers

Often one of the more under recruited areas in the state, this group of 2027 and 2028 prospects is positioned to make significant strides this offseason.    The highest-rated prospect in the area regardless of class, Kearns earned First Team All-Area honors after averaging nearly 15 points and 10 rebounds per game for Rockledge. The junior is a versatile forward with positional size who impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2075915' first='Team' last='Speights'], he can stretch the defense with his perimeter shooting, score on the block, and consistently rebounds his area. An above average athlete with a high motor, Kearns brings a productive, competitive presence every time he steps on the floor.     Chodachek is a strong, hard playing forward who consistently produces on the interior. He scores effectively on the block with either hand, showing solid footwork and soft touch around the rim. A high level rebounder, he controls the glass on both ends and brings a physical, competitive presence every possession. His motor and toughness allow him to impact the game consistently on both ends of the floor.     Named District Player of the Year after averaging over 14 points per game, Savage is a tough matchup who consistently gets downhill and into the paint. An above average athlete with good length, he uses his physical tools effectively to create scoring opportunities and finish through contact. He also brings versatility on the defensive end, with the ability to guard multiple positions and impact the game with his activity and length.     Carlton-Rivers earned All-Space Coast honors after averaging 12 points and 5 assists per game for Astronaut, playing a key role in the backcourt. The junior has a good feel for the game, is reliable with the ball in his hands, and consistently makes sound reads and decisions. He has the ability to balance scoring and playmaking, effectively operating as both a scorer and distributor while controlling the tempo of the game.     Smith, the leading scorer for the War Eagles, is a left handed, three level scoring wing with good size and length. An All-Space Coast selection, he averaged 12.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game, showcasing his ability to produce and impact the game on both ends. He can score from beyond the arc, in the midrange, and at the rim, while also using his length to contribute on the glass and defensively.
