Thadd gives Rising Stars a strong interior presence and a player who impacts the game where it matters most which is around the basket. He brings physicality, toughness, and consistent production on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he can finish through contact, clean up misses, and establish himself as a reliable scoring option inside. Defensively, he protects the paint, rebounds with effort, and gives his team a steady presence in the frontcourt.

Braylon is a versatile wing who brings valuable scoring punch to the lineup. At 6'3, he has the size to play multiple spots and the skill set to create matchup problems. He can score in a variety of ways, whether slashing to the rim, finishing in transition, or knocking down perimeter shots. His versatility gives Rising Stars flexibility, allowing him to contribute in different roles depending on the matchup.

Joe gives Rising Stars a backcourt option who can play both on and off the ball. He understands how to balance scoring with facilitating, which is a major asset for any young guard. He can initiate offense, make plays for teammates, and also step into scoring mode when needed. His ability to read the game and adapt gives the team stability in the backcourt.

Expect Rising Stars 15U to be a team that improves steadily as the season progresses. They may not rely solely on star power, but they have something just as dangerous which is buy-in, work ethic, and players who are willing to grow. They have size in the frontcourt, versatility on the wing, balance in the backcourt, and role players developing into contributors. That combination can turn into a very competitive team by mid-to-late summer.

For Coach Snider, success won't simply be measured by trophies or records. Success will be when every player leaves July better than they were in April, May, and June. That mindset is powerful. Because when development becomes the standard, wins often follow.

Rising Stars 15U is a program that lives up to its name. Under the leadership of Head Coach Brian Snider, this group is being molded with a purpose that goes far beyond wins and losses. The foundation of the team is built on growth, discipline, and togetherness, three ingredients that can turn a talented roster into a dangerous one over the course of the grassroots season. With a hungry core, improving role players, and a culture centered around development, Rising Stars 15U is a team that could surprise plenty of people this spring and summer.
