New York Knockout - Teddy's 2028/2029 Guard Evaluations

As a ball handler, he's very skilled and had moments where he burst through defenders.     Another [program_tooltip program_id='3581271' first='Queens' last='Defenders'] prospect who put on a clinic Sunday morning. The creativity was on full display as he found his way to the basket on numerous occasions with pump fakes and good footwork attacking the rim. But as a passer, he was just as productive. One of my favorite moments from him came in the first half of that game where he dished a no-look assist over his head to a cutting teammate.
