Here are some the under-the-radar prospects who stood out and made their presence felt at the Heat Check in Houston, Texas.    Akers is a high level athlete who was able to run and jump with the best of them in the gym. He got off the ground effortlessly, showing elite pop and burst when he left his feet, capable of pinpointing the ball at its highest peak whether it was a rebound, high entry pass, or block. Akers' hops also made his jump hooks and push shots easier than ever, giving him a clear view of the basket before allowing his touch to take over, enhancing his efficiency around the rim.     Highly productive individual with a nonstop motor. He competed with a willingness to sacrifice his body for the team, being first to the floor for the ball as well as operating out of the pick-and-roll, rescreening and doing it again until something opened up, showing strong screen-and-roll instincts. He was consistently first up and down the floor beating opposing bigs, generating early offense. Baker scored with a soft touch in the middle of the lane, either sprinting ahead in transition, driving hard left, or diving down the lane for quick dump-offs behind the defense. Elite shot blocker, whether it was a chasedown or weakside rotation swat, he was there to make a play on the ball and defend the rim, providing consistent rim protection.     Robbie Chappell showcased a true presence down low, mostly controlling the boards on both ends while also anchoring the paint, proving to be a reliable help-side piece any time a team got beat off the bounce. Chappell had a knack for using his size and disciplined activity to shut things down without costly fouls, maintaining verticality and positioning. If a shot went up his first instinct was to box out, consistently securing possessions. Tremendous toughness with a strong and consistent motor, always making himself a part of the play in one way or another, impacting the game through effort and physicality.     Raw frontcourt prospect with impressive tools that can molded into becoming a serviceable two-way asset at the next level. Levi utilized his reach advantage effectively, especially on offensive rebounds and interior touches, extending over defenders to secure the ball and keep possessions alive. Levi's wingspan also provided a reliable target on entry passes, allowing teammates to safely deliver the ball inside and maintain control.     Wafford stood out by being physically imposing deep in the lane which set the tone for the game, challenging shots and rebounding out of his area with aggressiveness and determination. Wafford proved to be a force that couldn't be contained on the block single-handedly, establishing deep position and finishing through contact while controlling the interior.
