Averaged 17.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 3.4 steals while playing for his father/coach, Keith Bork ... "Nolan brings a ton to the table. As a true point guard, he has a great feel for the game. He can knock down shots at all three levels, plays off of two feet, and welcomes contact around the rim. His biggest strength is playing in transition as his size and speed make him hard to stop once he's coming at you. He is a willing defender and rebounder, and was the first player off the bench for Altoona this past season."<strong><br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='3021958' first='Bjorn' last='Helstad'], 6-4, Class of 2028, F, Rice Lake</strong><br>One of the better sophomores in the Big Rivers Conference ... Averaged 6.1 points and 6.6 rebounds for Rice Lake ... Led Rice Lake in rebounding despite coming off the bench ... "Bjorn makes his presence felt every second he's on the floor. He sets hard screens and is effective as a roller going to the rim. His physical strength allows him to guard bigger players in the post."<strong><br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='2859777' first='Miles' last='Woolever'], 5-10, Class of 2028, G, Elk Mound</strong><br>Played some varsity minutes as a sophomore at Elk Mound ... "Miles brings an edge and toughness to our team. He loves playing defense and takes pride is guarding his matchup. He crashes the boards on both ends at a high level for his size. He finishes at the rim well and is a capable scorer from the mid-range and perimeter. He is a super coachable kid who cares about winning."<strong><br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='3018966' first='Gabe' last='Arcand-Danielson'], 6-0, Class of 2028, G, Baldwin-Woodville</strong><br>One of several young players to earn substantial varsity playing time last winter ... Averaged 3.7 points and 2.3 rebounds ... "Gabe is our jack of all trades guy. He can play three or four different spots. He is a solid outside shooter and a great passer. Despite being undersized, he is very willing to get physical in the paint with much bigger opponents.
