Roberts has gotten some press, but young men in northern Michigan almost always deserve more. Roberts can flat out fill it up from beyond the arc. He averaged over 23 points per game this high school season and, like last summer, will draw eyes to his game this grassroots season.

Byrd is a player that I'm high on. I think he can have a huge say in Ann Arbor Skyline's success next season. Byrd's improvement arc is tremendous and I'd expect it to continue this summer. Byrd is an athletic wing that works hard off the ball. He's a smart and effective shooter.

Woodhaven had a really good season and Barnes could be a huge part of them playing it back next year. He's athletic and free moving, especially on the offensive end. Barnes can change direction with good hip movement and can get defenders out of guarding position. He also has a nose for the ball off the rim.

Bixby is from a small school up north, but he's shown a pretty big game. He's showed off the ability to score from all 3 levels. Bixby can dribble into a 3 pointer and can also score as a baseline cutter. I really like his versatility in being able to play on and off the ball.

Caid has a well rounded game and was seen contributing in a variety of ways this high school season. It felt like something different about his game stuck out at various times. You'd see that he hit a couple triples. Then the next game you'd see that he had a couple blocks. Then you'd hear that he played solid perimeter D. Caid should have an eye on him this grassroots season.
