A Bit Too Early Rankings 2026-27: AA, A, B
The high school season is officially in the books—and what a ride it was. From buzzer-beaters to breakout performances, it was another outstanding year of hoops across North Dakota. Congratulations to this year's State Champions—Central McLean, Beulah, and Bismarck Century—for finishing the job and cutting down the nets.
Now, as the dust settles, it's time to turn the page.
While it's always tough to see the season come to an end, there's something exciting about looking ahead. New roles will emerge, young talent will step into the spotlight, and contenders will begin to take shape. With that in mind, Prep Hoops Dakotas is pulling out the crystal ball and rolling out our “A Bit Too Early” Power Rankings for Class AA, A, and B heading into the 2026–27 season.
These rankings are an early snapshot—based on returning talent, offseason predictions, and overall program outlook—but as we know, plenty can change between now and tip-off. Still, it's never too early to start the conversation!
