With district matchups on the horizon, players are looking to solidify their roles and make a statement heading into the postseason. Here's a look at some standout athletes who are expected to shine as they enter this critical phase of the season. He is a tough defender that locks in as soon as he steps on the court. He is a trusted ball handler and can handle on ball pressure with ease. His basketball IQ earns him even more minutes because he facilitates and makes plays when in the game. Brown continues to develop and make plays right in line with a growing player on the Varsity stage.     Cameron is a long power forward that can do it all on the court. He has extended his range and is knocking down the three-point shot with consistency. His athleticism with his length is something coaches will look for at the next level, and his production makes him one of the quickest stock risers. The game is starting to slow down for him, and as his game continues to evolve, his opportunities will grow. A long wing with exceptional athleticism always looks good for the next level.     Noah is a poised guard who works hard on both sides of the ball. He is efficient with the ball in his hands, and off the ball, he plays the slasher role. He crashes the boards and fights for rebounds, adding possessions of the offensive side of the ball. He is a skilled utility player who does the dirty work required for winning, and he does it with enthusiasm. His stock is growing, and he is a name to know this upcoming playoff season.     Will is an undersized post player who uses his fundamentals and IQ to create advantages on both sides of the ball. He is a high level rebounder, finisher at the rim and his defensive intensity puts him in position to consistently win 50/50 balls. His ball handling ability makes him a tough cover for traditional post players, and his ability to finish on both sides of the rim and use his floater enables him to score at will. Be on the lookout for Will in the playoffs as an impact prospect.     Dean has put together a solid season as one of the key pieces to the Green Oaks program. He is a strong and athletic guard with size to do more than most players in his class. He is a slasher and defender, and scores consistently. His contributions to the program make them a scary team heading into the playoffs. His growth will surely be a big part of the program development.
