College coaches have been making their way through the area to track prospects who have separated themselves with production, athleticism, and upside. Here's a closer look at the top 2027 prospects in North Fulton County.    Samuel is a skilled wing with high-level size and intriguing long-term upside. He has the tools to score at all three levels and is athletic enough to finish above the rim in traffic. Playing at his own pace, he shows a natural feel for creating space and staying under control with the ball in his hands. College coaches will be tracking Samuel this offseason.     The junior guard serves as the primary ball handler for the Eagles and does an excellent job directing the offense. He plays with a high basketball IQ, making smart reads and keeping the game under control. With above-average quickness and strength, he can create advantages off the dribble and handle physical play. He is capable of both scoring and distributing, giving his team a dependable presence in the backcourt.     The Patriots' point guard is comfortable with the ball in his hands and consistently makes reliable decisions to keep the offense organized. He has better-than-average quickness and is a solid shot maker when defenses give him space. Naturally more of a distributor than a scorer, he does a great job creating opportunities for teammates.     Vogler is a skilled guard who is effective both with and without the ball in his hands. He plays with a high basketball IQ and consistently makes smart decisions within the flow of the game. A solid open-shot maker, he can also create opportunities for teammates with his vision and passing ability.     Sharper is a combo guard with good length who brings versatility to the backcourt. He is a capable scorer and can knock down shots from beyond the arc to stretch the floor. He also provides value as a secondary ball handler, helping initiate offense and make plays for teammates. His size and skill set give him the tools to impact the game in multiple ways.
