Here is a look at our Top Five Stars from Friday night's Hallsville-Eldon game.

NO. 1 STAR: Keilan Dornan (Hallsville)

The 6'1" 2026 guard scored a game-high 28 points as he took advantage of his athleticism to relentlessly attack the basket. He is a tremendous slashing threat who can also go into the low post and score over smaller guards. He also got out and threw down a pair of dunks in transition. He also used his quick hands on defense to get multiple steals in addition to playing the passing lanes. He is a talented hidden gem in the Mid Mo area.

NO. 2 STAR: [player_tooltip player_id='2746734' first='Britton' last='Ahart'] (Eldon):

The 6'5" 2026 forward scored 23 points and did the best he could to keep Eldon competitive after Hallsville made its second-half surge. He is very skilled on the perimeter, but he did a nice job of finding the matchups to his favor in the low post and he stayed with it throughout the game. He was very active and mobile in the lane as he scored on some impressive cuts to the basket. He is also a good secondary ball handler who can facilitate with his passing ability.

NO. 3 STAR: Tatum Braman (Hallsville):

The 5'10 2028 point guard while playing an excellent overall floor game. He is a very good athlete who loves to attack the lane whenever he gets a chance. He was keeping the defense back on its heels as he got to the free throw line early and often. He was also dropping some nice dimes while on the move when he drew defenders to him.

NO. 4 STAR: [player_tooltip player_id='2353167' first='Cody' last='Tamm'] (Eldon): The 6'3" 2026 guard scored 15 points. He is an explosive athlete who is also one of the best rebounding guards that I've seen in the state. He attacks the offensive boards with tenacity and gets putbacks. He also has a nice offensive package from the mid-range on in. His spin move in the paint was on point and he also hit a nice mid-range fadeaway jumper.

NO. 5 STAR: Andy Jenkins (Hallsville)

The 2027 guard rolled an ankle early in the game and missed a good part of the first half. He came back with a vengeance in the second half as he scored 13 points, including three 3-pointers. He hit back to back 3-pointers to start the third quarter to get Hallsville going as it took control of the game.
