Illinois Team Rankings: Week 11
We're just a few weeks away from the IHSA playoffs. And with that comes another new set of rankings.
This week, there weren't many significant changes. Some teams took minor bumps up-and down based on certain results against other highly-ranked teams. One of those teams to go up again was Lockport, who beat Homewood-Flossmor last week after losing their first two matchups against them this season.
There are also two new programs making their debut this week. First is Naperville North, who've put together a strong resume at 19-6. The other is Normal U-High, who've lost just once since mid-December.
For the first time this season, Fremd cracks the top 10. Right behind them is St. Patrick after knocking off Marist.
Later this week, I'll take an insight into the playoff fields. Seeds and brackets come out at the end of next week.
