<p>Prep Hoops Dakotas rolled out the latest update to the <strong>North Dakota 2028 Prospect Rankings</strong> on Monday, and a new group of names is making noise. In this piece, PHD highlights <strong>NINE players</strong> who have played their way into the rankings and forced the conversation with their recent performances. While they may not be sitting at the very top just yet, their growth, consistency, and overall impact have earned them well-deserved attention.
