He used advanced footwork and deceleration techniques to shift defenders and shot blockers, creating clean looks at the rim. His creativity stood out, never overdoing it, yet consistently flashing polished finishing ability. His first step was deadly, as hard closeouts were beaten almost immediately when defenders tried to run him off the three-point line. With tight, controlled handles that looked like the ball was on a string, Anderson kept defenders on his hip and repeatedly got to his spots around the elbows for knockdown, contested mid-range jumpers.

A true corner specialist, Will Riddle was automatic from the left corner, constantly giving his point guard an advance outlet and his bigs a reliable kick-out option whenever the defense collapsed. His footwork as a shooter was elite, quickly setting his feet on the move and hopping seamlessly into open threes. Riddle knocked down 6 three-pointers, all from the corners, including one on an and-one where he was knocked to the floor but still banked the shot in, a testament to his elite shooting touch.

7th Grade Division

Crafty and shifty, Mister Briggs consistently went into his deep bag of moves to break down defenders and create offense off the bounce. Anytime Briggs was handling the ball, his head stayed up, reading the backline of the defense and making real-time decisions on whether to deliver the pass or attack the rack for a tough finish. Briggs feel for defenders and spacing allowed him to stay unpredictable while still playing under control.

6th Grade Division

One of the top scorers of the weekend in the 6th-grade division was [player_tooltip player_id='2811149' first='Riley' last='Cordova']. This kid put up numbers each day, averaging 18.5 points per game and going off for five made three-pointers in his best game. Cordova displayed impressive shooting touch from the inside out, drilling quick-trigger three-pointers and soft mid-range floaters with poise. He wasted no motion off the catch, rising immediately with minimal dip, displaying great confidence and shot making as a scorer.

5th Grade Division

Devontae Cobb Jr. played with toughness, a high motor, and a strong feel for the game, showing an understanding of spacing, cutting, and when to leak out, allowing him to score efficiently within the flow of the offense. He knocked down catch-and-shoot threes in transition and half-court settings, finished at the basket for and-ones, added putbacks, and converted baseline floaters after beating closeouts. Cobb's offensive instincts consistently put him in the right spots at the right time. In the open court, his speed and explosiveness made him impossible to slow down or stop at the rim.

Tristan Reynolds proved to be a natural playmaker who coaches trusted with the ball in his hands, as he consistently made the right read. He was slippery off the dribble, squeezing through traps and traffic while creating offense in transition. Reynolds advanced the ball with precision, drawing defenders before dropping it off or finding shooters right on time and target, showing his floor general potential. Defensively, Reynolds shot gaps with perfect anticipation, jumping passing lanes for fastbreak finishes that sparked momentum. His impact was truly all-around, contributing as a rebounder, facilitator, and multi-level scorer.
