Braxton McGinnis (Nodaway Valley): A 5'10" 2028 point guard who lead Nodaway Valley to the Fairfax championship with a great performance in the finals. He had 21 points and 11 assists against Rock Port in the championship game. He is a tremendous floor leader who plays at a very steady pace. The game slows down for him very well. He is a terrific passer who was scoring at all three levels. He ran the pick and roll well and he also hit multiple 3-pointers. He also played good on-ball defense and was also a ball hawk with quick hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='2626120' first='Jack' last='Meyerkorth'] (Rock Port, Pictured): A 6'1" 2027 guard who led Rock Port to a berth in the championship game. He is a three-level scorer with deep shooting range, but he also used his strength to attack the basket off the dribble. He was also effective when he posted up in the lane against a smaller guard. He also uses the shot fake well for the one-dribble pull up jumper. He also rebounded the ball well and had five assists in the championship game.

Tye Hoyt (Nodaway Valley): A 5'6" 2027 guard who is a solid role player who contributes to winning with his gritty defensive effort and hard work. He has good toughness and he also guards with tenacity on and off the ball. He also showed the ability to knock down the open 3-pointer off the high ball screen.

Brock Holmes (Rock Port): A 5'9" 2027 guard who is a solidly built player who can handle the ball and play the point or the shooting guard position. The young lefty is strong and he was able to get to his spot to hit the mid-range jumper off the bounce. He also displayed good body control when he drove into the lane. He also hit a Corner 3-pointer off the catch. He had 12 points and six rebounds in the championship game against Nodaway Valley.

Caleb New (Worth County): A 6'2" 2027 guard who scored 16 points in the third place game against North Andrew at Stanberry. He is a good athlete with a quick first step and a burst to beat defenders on the drive. He rips through and he attacks with tenacity. He also gets to his spot to knock down mid-range jumpers off the dribble. He can driver either left or right with equal effectiveness.

Grady Gockel (Platte Valley): A 2029 guard who is a very impressive newcomer in the NWMO area. He has a nice skill set and a high basketball IQ. He has crafty moves to get into the paint where he could score on a runner or a turnaround jumper. He showed a smooth spin move and a crossover dribble to get off his own shot. Platte Valley always keeps good talent and he looks to be a good one on the horizon.

Brock Healy (Worth County): A 5'9" 2029 guard who is a talented young sharpshooter. He made five 3-pointers in the semifinals at Stanberry and he also knocked down multiple triples in the third place game. He also has nice handles to create off the dribble. He can create space with a few escape moves. He scored on a good step-through in the lane in traffic.

Isaac Coats (North Andrew): A 6'1" 2027 guard who scored 11 points in the Cardinals victory over Worth County in the third-place game at Stanberry. He is a high-energy player with an active motor. He's always moving and running and he does it with purpose. He scored on cuts and he is very good at operating off two feet when he dribbles into the lane. He also makes good use of shot fakes in the lane.

Johnathan Garlock III (King City): A 5'8" 2027 point guard who is a good floor leader with quickness and a nice feel for a game. He handles the ball and he also distributes it very well to the scorers. He also pushes the tempo in transition. I like how he was constantly going down into the lane and setting good screens to get his bigs open in the post.
