Skill is essential, but consistency is built through reps and confidence. These players clearly possess both, as their production reflected the work they've put in. Below are some of the most consistent performers from the Rumble on the River, players who delivered significant numbers in each of their games and played a key role in their team's overall success.    Farmer is a long active player that can score the ball, protect the rim and facilitate with the best of them. His game is elite in many ways, but what stands out about him is his willingness to facilitate and share the ball. His unique blend of size and skill make him one of the top prospects in the state, and giving him even more potential at the next level. He is a gifted scorer and exceptional athlete, but he uses all of his tools to make his team mates better. He is a vocal leader and sure fire next level ball player. Great body language, complete skill package and elite abilities. Farmer checks all the boxes.     Woodard plays a calculated game and works hard on both sides of the ball. In both games Woodard was the guy to knock down timely shots in the most important moments of the game. He is calm with the ball in his hands and makes good basketball decisions. He is comfortable playing in a system, but has game enough to improvise when needed. His game continues to evolve and will be vital for Hannan on another State Championship run.     Fisher is bigger and stronger than last season and in each of his games he was impressive. His size stands out when you see him, but his ability and skill are what sets him apart. Fisher can score from several spots on the court, but his energy is what will get him early minutes at the next level. Fisher will play college ball and the coach that gets him will have an energy guy in every practice. Scoring, rebounding and defending are all areas of high performance for Fisher.     Kinsley is an early candidate for Top Big in the 2029 class and he was impressive on my first viewing. He works in the post and embraces the physical aspect of the game, and outside of his size he has the strength to match his frame. He was beat up under the goal, but still managed to score at will and control the boards on both sides of the ball. Big, strong, physical and poised are not normally attributes of a Freshman. Great performance from the underclassman in each of his tough matchups.     Morrison continues to prove that he can score the ball and manage an offense while scoring 18 points. He is crafty with the ball and much like when I saw him in the summer good things happen when the ball is in his hands. He is a willing facilitator and play maker, and aggressive defender and overall just a player that you can tell enjoys competing. Morrison is a high level competitor and one to watch in the Class of 2027.    Stay locked in for more evaluations to come as we still have players to highlight from the Rumble on the River.
