[player_tooltip player_id='1643192' first='Landon' last='Davis'] displayed his combination of size and skill throughout this game. Landon showcased a very advanced handle for a big man. He had no issue driving either direction and was rarely out of control when he had the ball in his hands. He showed an ability to attack closeouts because of this. His fluidity and body control allowed him to rip through the defense and get to the paint at will. When in the paint, he flashed his strength and contact balance routinely. He never went up weak around the rim and always powered up and through contests. Even when heavily contested and being bumped by defenders, his touch didn't waver one bit. He showed a nice layup package, as well as a lot of tough finishes out of the post. He can finish looks while sprinting and flying through the air, which is impressive at his size. He was also great at fighting for position and sealing defenders under the rim, getting himself exceptional looks. His vertical athleticism allowed him to slam home many dunks in this game, as well as making him a very impactful rebounder and paint protector. He blocked many shots in this game and showed a high level of awareness to get over and shut off the rim.

Joshua Charlotin was a one-man army in this game. Joshua showcased his elite handle and driving abilities. He got to the rim with ease in this game due to his ability to bend around defenders and blow by them with his deceptive speed. He is the definition of a slasher and didn't shy away from contact while exploding downhill either. His balance really stood out when he was careening into the paint. He routinely beat his defender off the dribble and got to the paint, where he maneuvered through thickets of defenders and finished tough layups with both hands. He powered up through contact in this game, which led to many buckets at the rim as well as and-one finishes. He ripped through the defense like it was nothing and dunked at the rim with his crazy athleticism. His ability to get to the rim made him a constant worry for the opposing defense, and he was elite at making quick reads when help was thrown at him. He was also great at grabbing defensive rebounds and throwing full-court outlet passes to his teammates, leading to buckets on the fast break. He also hit a three in this game, showing his shooting potential. He was one of the best and most versatile defenders I saw play in this game. He guarded every position and did not allow penetration, while also blocking shots and getting many deflections and steals. Joshua Charlotin single-handedly kept Southeast Polk in this game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1978099' first='Colin' last='Rice'] displayed his elite scoring repertoire in this game. He was elite at driving to the rim. His flexibility and ability to embrace contact made him a scoring machine. He was great at using his body to bump defenders off him on his euro steps, sending defenders flying in the opposite direction and going up strong at the rim, where he finished through hard contact like it was nothing. Even when an angle to the rim isn't there, Colin always finds a way to get around his defender with his ability to get low and bend, creating many opportunities for himself and his team at the rim. He was also great in the post, where he used his body to create space and hit tough fadeaways. He displayed a really smooth and quick jumper from outside as well. He was a constant threat from the three-point line and made multiple threes in this game. He was great at using his threat as a shooter to blow by defenders or make them jump at his pump fakes, getting himself wide open for pull-up threes. He did all of this while being an extremely impactful defender, both in the paint and on the perimeter. He got many steals in the passing lanes in this game and routinely locked down his matchup.

Thomas Childs did all the little things for Southeast Polk in this game. For starters, he was absolutely outstanding as a three-point shooter. He was super efficient from outside and improved the spacing of the offense just by his presence. He hit threes off the catch and the dribble and showcased elite skill as a movement shooter, sprinting off screens. He displayed an elite ability to slow his momentum after running around a screen and keep his mechanics intact, even while off balance and heavily contested. His jumper is really fast, and he has no issue getting it off in uncomfortable situations or tight spaces. He was also elite on the defensive end, blocking shots and being very disciplined as a defender, not jumping at fakes and consistently keeping his matchup in front of him.
