2026 Eye Openers at Halfway Mark

Hurst knows when to force the tempo and attack the rim. Meanwhile, he is unselfish with the basketball and sets his teammates up perfectly for easy baskets. Before the Christmas break, Hurst lit up Marianna for 30 points, four rebounds, and five assists. He is able to get into the paint and either finish with points or make the extra pass to the open shooter. Tidwell has the range to hit consistently from beyond the arc. He plays hard on both ends of the floor for the Wolverines. Tidwell keeps his hands active on the defensive end of the floor. He will battle for the basketball. He has shown the ability to guard multiple positions on the floor. Washington has the accuracy to hit consistently from all three levels of the floor. Washington gets into the paint, absorbs contact, and finishes with points. Washington is unselfish with the basketball and will find the open shooter. He has the shooting touch to take over games. Sullivan is physical enough to battle in the paint and put up points. He is the type of player who works on both ends of the floor.
