Recent Recruiting Action

There has been some action in the recruiting world over the last 30 days or so. That's not surprising with all of the talent at various levels in the state of Michigan. We'll try to catch up some and talk about a few of the things that came across my line. Harju received an offer from Allegheny College. The school is 1 step ahead with this offer. In my opinion, Harju has been VERY underrated for a while now. He's a skilled guard that can shoot at a high percentage and also makes really good decisions with the ball. Matyus received an offer from Ohio Northern University. Matyus has always had a ton of upside as a player and prospect. He has a lot of explosiveness in his offensive game. Matyus can get himself open and can get his shot off in a hurry. He has shown volleyball line type range as well. Holok picked up an offer from the University of Olivet. He proved himself and his game this summer and is reaping the rewards of it now. Holok has that flare and the ability to be a gamechanger that goes with it. Holok was tremendous filling a wing in the open floor this past summer. Lemke got an offer from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. This is a smart offer. Lemke has the height and frame that makes him pass the "that looks like a hooper test". He can in fact hoop as well. Lemke can attack outside-in as well as inside-out. Thomas received an offer from Michigan State University. This is a really smart offer from the Spartans. Thomas is in their backyard and he has the ability to be an impact D1 player. In fact, I'd say that he deserves to be showing up in some national recruiting rankings.
