This article is a continuation analysis of the RCS HoopsGiving event. The annual event simply had too many impressive prospects to list in one article, so this will cover the second round of players who have made their way onto my watchlist radar for this upcoming school season. Without further ado, let's jump into another round of examining hoopers and their skillsets!

Braydon Hughes was a floor spacing guard capable of scoring from all three levels during the game against Crowley. Hughes brought the ball up most possessions, created his own shots off the dribble, and was not afraid to hoist up jumpers even if contested. He had several tough finishes through defenders around the basket as well and he has underrated quickness and athleticism on the defensive end. He leads my second batch of standouts for HoopsGiving as I had not watched him play before this and he left a definite impression on me after this game.

Rylan is a speedy and quick guard who thrives off perimeter mismatches and uses the pick and roll well to his advantage. He has a quick jumper that he can get off over outstretched arms of defenders, and he has a light touch when driving to the basket that also allows him to get himself to the free throw line and convert at an efficient rate. He can also create opportunities well for himself and open teammates to get points in a hurry if they need quick buckets. Rylan is a 2027 guard who overall impacts the game a lot when he is on the floor and he will be looked at as a leader on both sides of the ball for Kimball this year.

Tharin was a key piece of Dawson's huge dominant victory against Chavez. Playing a hybrid guard/wing and being able to stretch the floor with his size, Tharin got several buckets from the outside while left open. He also used his length and wingspan to convert at the rim and block shots under the basket when he would contest opposing players trying to come into the paint. He has really good IQ for only being a sophomore this year and I think he will only continue to improve over the rest of his high school career.

Jeremiah was the best shooter in the Corpus Christ VM loss to Cypress Ranch early in the afternoon. Moore was super high level shooting off the dribble and would not hesitate to shoot whenever he was left open from deep. Jeremiah also helps a lot with the ballhandling under pressure, and he is capable of producing from either guard slot. As one of the better 2027's I watched in the showcase, Jeremiah immediately caught my attention with his game changing play and he will continue to be a force this year if he shoots the ball at that high level.
