Between Khyair size, skill, and athleticism, it's easy to see his array of appealing tools. Phillips showed the ability to knock down perimeter jumpers at a consistent rate, both off the catch and dribble. He's a scrappy defender with physical tools and instincts to cause problems for opponents. Phillips also has the size to make his presence felt on the glass. Phillips is a good athlete but needs to improve his motor. He plays with minimal effort at times yet can impact the game. Solid shooting threat but needs to work on his ability to move without the ball to find open opportunities. Has the tools to be a really good player.” Phillips enjoyed a solid showing throughout the summer comfortable playing on or off the ball. Khyair is an intriguing prospect that has legit college level skill set. Look for Khyair to be a useful piece for Coach Jay Gavin and Bishop McNamara for the next three years.

Max Walton is a 6-foot-3 prospect in the Class of 2028. That has quietly step on the scene the last month. Showed he is a prospect of note after his play at the Pangos All-East Freshman-Sophomore camp in Delaware last month. He did a phenomenal job of producing within the flow of the action. Walton is smart, high-motor guard who excels at doing little things. He's a capable scorer from all levels but arguably stood out more through his strong rebounding ability and rugged defensive presence. Walton consistently outworked opponents on the glass and made hustle plays at a strong rate. Next in his development process is working on his consistency as a three-point shooter, as it would complement his penetration game nicely. Walton is a long, fluid guard who thrives in transition and attacks off movement. Possesses a lanky frame with good strength, length, and athleticism. Run the floor hard and fill the lanes perfectly. Ability off the dribble getting downhill, showed the ability to attack gaps or pull up if the lane closes.” Max Walton has highlighted a ton of appeal during Pangos and playing with WER1 Club team base out of Delaware. Will be interesting prospect for the always well coach Walt Whitman team which is always in the mix in the 4A States.

Being able to produce as a low-maintenance piece is an incredibly valuable skill, and Messiah clearly knows how to make his presence felt. He does a phenomenal job of filling in the gaps and finding ways to impact the game without needing a ton of touches. Messiah knocks down jumpers at a good percentage but can also attack closeouts and convert pull-ups and layups at the rim. He also makes hustle plays and contains his assignment well defensively. Messiah is a super quick, ball creator. Messiah is a feisty competitor with euro-style fundamentals. Effective in catch-and-shoot situations and off one or two-dribble pull-ups. Displays smooth, compact shooting form with deep range and a lot of confidence. Uses ball fakes very well. Understands spacing and timing.” Messiah made his presence felt throughout the Prep Hoop camp he attended in September as was as New Hope playing in a couple Fall events.

Clearly one of the more active guards on display this fall, it was easy to see all the ways he stood out. He's a smart, heady guard with the solid handle, sharp vision, and scoring polish to dominate opponents. Gross touches the paint to finish and sets up others but also knocks down jumpers at a high percentage. Reliable defender at the point of attack. Next in his development process is working on his shooting consistency off the dribble, as it would make him even more difficult for opponents to contain. Elijah is a high-energy player with a high basketball IQ. Knows how to get teammates involved and shows effort on both sides of the ball. Makes great passes, finishes well at the rim, and makes the right read off screens. Knows how to get stops when necessary and rebounds the ball well for a smaller guard.
