Abdourahman is the type of player who does the dirty work for his team. Whether it's rebounding, scoring or defending, he always managed to be around the basketball. He used a quick first-step to easily get by defenders. This led to scores for himself or teammates. Abdourahman did not mind battling opposing players for rebounds in the paint. He showed a knack for taking charges or diving on the floor for loose balls. Defensively is where he shined the most. He applied great on-ball pressure and forced the opposition into multiple turnovers. Abdourahman showed his toughness by defending larger players in the post. He blocked shots and defended opponents with physicality. He could become a great player as he continues to develop more offensively.     Abdur was one of the best players on the court in their match-up against IBA HS Silver. He's a great scorer, passer, rebounder and defender. This young man literally did everything for his team. In most circumstances, he was the primary ball handler who initiated the offense. Abdur is the player who does all the “dirty work” for the team. Whether it was setting screens, fighting for rebounds or taking charges, he was everywhere on the court. Offensively, he attacked the basket and made tough shots through contact. During transition he made a couple of sweet spin moves that led to flashy lay-ups. Abdur shocked me with his ability to knock down three-pointers. I only viewed him as a slasher who attacked the basket. In the second half of the game, he knocked down two shots from beyond the arc. Abdur is a great all around player with a bright future ahead of him.     Martin was the most dominant player on the court Saturday afternoon. He easily dominated opponents in the paint with great post moves and excellent footwork. He moved around flawlessly within the IBA HS Silver offense. If the team needed inside scoring, Martin gave it to them. When a outside shot was needed, he knocked them down from mid or long range. Whenever the team found themselves in transition, Martin ran the floor and finished strong at the basket. He's a great rebounder who attacked the glass on both ends of the court. I have no doubt that Martin finished the game with a double-double in points and rebounds. Defensively, he played big in the paint. Martin contested every opposing shot, had a couple of blocks and made scoring difficult for Alhuda HS Boys Black.     Brooks is an excellent spot-up shooter. He always found ways to free himself for open looks at the basket. Brooks was great at utilizing screens and moving around within the Indy Hoops 9th Platinum offense. During the match-up against Alhuda HS Boys White, Brooks knocked down four shots from beyond the three-point line. He can also score from mid-range. Especially if he has an open look at the basket. There were sequences in the game where Brooks used a variety of dribble moves to create space. Creating the space he needed allowed him to make high percentage shots. He was awesome at rebounding from the guard spot. On numerous occasions, Brooks attacked the offensive glass and gave teammates second chance scoring opportunities. He showed no fear of battling opposing players for rebounds. Brooks is already a great shooter. I expect him to be even better in the future.     Cam is a shifty point guard who handles the ball and facilitates at an high level. This young man is a play-maker! He's a great passer who showed a knack for finding teammates cutting to the basket or beating their opponents off the ball. Whenever they did, Cam hit them with pin-point assists. His ball handling skills, allowed him to easily get into the lane and make plays. Opposing defenders were no match for his speed and quickness. Whenever he attempted a floater, more than likely it was going in. During transition opportunities, he attacked the basket and easily scored. Whenever the team needed him to knock down a three, he did so with extreme confidence. Cam finished the game with three shots form beyond the three-point line. On defense, he pressured opposing guards the full length of the court. Cam forced numerous turnovers and came away with multiple steals.
