Mulford should be on his way to score 1,500 points in his high school career, and he chose the JUCO route, which is a good way to get your game right for the Division 1 level without losing any eligibility. He should be a very interesting prospect in a few years, making his way into the D1 spotlight. The amount of work he has put into his game is just mind-boggling. Openshaw picked up a huge offer from local BYU, and you can tell that they can see where he will be in three years after a mission as a stretch 4 that will have matured and grown into his body.
