First thing is that he is a scorer. Inside and outside. Pick your poison. He is one of the Top 2027 players in the state for a reason and this season could see him improve his ranking status. His touch around the rim is soft, and he uses the rim to finish on either side. In every situation he was on the move. He constantly won possessions by just outplaying everybody else. He is a quick jumper with a soft touch around the rim and smart basketball thinker. He does not spend a lot of time handling the ball, his head is up looking for teammates, and he is constantly moving to make plays. Wilson is the type of player that promotes winning due to his energy, athleticism and on court demeanor. He has a firm understanding of the modern game and has locked in on both of those skills. Southside lost a key piece, and the stage is set for Jackson to step in to a bigger role.
