Wayne Memorial Open Gym – Player Reviews Part 2

There were high level players, breakout season candidates and young players with very bright futures ahead of them. He had the looks of a player that we'll be hearing a lot about in the coming years. He rebounded well at the open gym, even against some more experienced players. This is a really talented point guard prospect. You could tell that he has a natural feel for the game and the action. Taylor did an excellent job of using the dribble drive to touch the paint and looked to make plays for his teammates once he did. He put some zip on his passes through traffic, ensuring that they weren't deflected. Don't be at all surprised if his name pops up this coming season. Johnson was a very willing passer, and with the talent in the open gym, the assist was always there for him. Johnson has a strong frame and looks like he can compete physically with anyone.
