George Fox held its first of two elite camps this fall this past Tuesday and 17 prospects were led through instruction, drills, and game play by head coach Maco Hamilton, assistant coach Brendan Jones, and a handful of current Bruin players. We had the opportunity to drop by the last couple of hours of camp and here's a look at some of the other attendees from the Portland Metro area.

[player_tooltip player_id='2204991' first='Jacob' last='Diaz'] (2026 Glencoe) - A steady combo guard, Diaz consistently looked to attack the basket and wasn't afraid of contact in the least, earning some tough finishes in the process. The Glencoe senior gave good energy on the defensive end as well.

Cooper Bonnett (2026 Valley Catholic) - Seeing Bonnett play with Valley Catholic during the school year we were impressed by his motor and that dog in him was on display at camp on the defensive end. He was aggressive trying to get to the basket but mainly looked to set the table for his teammates rather than score himself.

[player_tooltip player_id='2480945' first='Easton' last='Ford'] (2028 North Bend) - Ford is strong for his age and confidently pushed the ball up the floor to get his team in transition. The North Bend sophomore guard didn't particularly look to score but instead set up his teammates, but did show off a nice floater in the lane.

Eli Adler (2026 Crescent Valley) - Adler is a well-built guard who wasn't afraid to get physical on the boards and on defense. He didn't get many opportunities on the offensive end but ran the floor and played hard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2947799' first='Cooper' last='Codling'] (2029 Sherwood) - Codling is a developing post-type player that consistently worked hard, especially on the boards. He garnered a number of offensive rebounds that led to some nice putbacks in both the drills and full court play.

Kyrie Hamilton (2029 Skyview-WA) - Out of all the players from Washington that participated, Hamilton impressed us the most. The son of head coach Maco Hamilton, the younger point guard displayed floor leadership confidence beyond his years and a smooth looking lefty jumper with range.
