Elite Camp Report Rising Prospects Make Their Mark

He is a steady presence who can control the flow of the offense and keep it fluid. He is a quick decision-maker with creative instincts and good PG IQ. There is a lot of craftiness in his game as he is skilled at maneuvering through defenders and getting paint touches. Defensively, he is a pesky on-ball defender who is very disruptive. He is an aggressive attacker off the bounce and showed that he is ready for next-level basketball, as evidenced by his strong finishes at the rim, including a thunderous dunk in traffic. He shot the ball well from the perimeter and showed that he can impact the game in the scoring column from all levels. His development as an on-the-ball creator is clearly seen in how comfortable he is operating with the ball in his hands and either creating his own offense or generating offense for his teammates. There was not a lot of size at camp, so Tylen was able to utilize his positional size to impact the game on both ends of the floor on the inside of the arc. He listed his position as a PG in his profile, but he stood out with his play around the rim and the ability to finish as well as rebound at a high rate. There is a lot to like about Tylen's game as he has positional versatility and two-way upside. He is physical off the bounce and can score from all levels, while being a trustworthy initiator and facilitator of the offense. He played with a relentless motor, was really tough in transition play, and showed the ability to impact every facet of the game on both ends of the floor. I really like that he has excellent vision and court sense of where everyone is on the court, and the skill to get the ball to them in areas where they can be productive. He was one of the better shooters that I saw throughout the day, and he will be a factor this upcoming season by helping his team with floor spacing. He is developing into a dynamic and potent three-level scorer with excellent shot-making ability. He showed maturity in his game that was very impressive throughout the camp, and he sold the A&amp;M coaching staff on the fact that he is an in-state kid who they could not let get out of the gym without having an offer on the table.&nbsp; Trayvon has grown as a playmaker, and he has a good, strong body with a nice mix of smooth and explosive movement with the rock in his hands.
