This is one of the most damgerous Duo's heading into the season not because they have been good, but because they have been playing a lot better in the summer than we have seen them play all grassroots season. Mella at the high school level can score all over the floor and he can even play with his back to the basket. Mella xan be a grab and go fastbreak starter and his shooting has improved. AF plays one of the toughest schedules in all of Utah and clark is a player that can help them generate more wins this coming season. Clark has been consistent on the glass and he should be more consistent scoring the ball this season as well. Look for Clark to be a double-double machine. AF is going to be tough to beat.

[player_tooltip player_id='1278437' first='Tyler' last='Mortensen'] & Manase Brown

Mortensen has been having a solid season with The [program_tooltip program_id='2272999' first='Salt' last='Lake Rebels'] this summer and he is getting his confidence back. Mortensen might have to step his game up even though the Chargers have a lot of players to turn to, he could be a player that they go to for big shots. He is going to be a next level steal and do not be surprised if he gets a few more inches of height in the next few months. Brown is a just a physical forward that is willing to play any position and defend anyone. Brown is a dual sport athlete so you might not see him in the fall because he will be playing football but Brown has all the talent that you need from a forward heading into the season. He is only going to be a junior as well.

Lehi

[player_tooltip player_id='1724360' first='Ashton' last='Shewell'] & Tuke Howe

This duo is going to have to make a giant leap to hang in Region 3 and with a lot of the power 6A school. Shewell has been in his bag this summer making it look easy at times scoring at all-three-levels. He is likely to be a 20+ per game scorer and the keys will be handed over to him. Howe is a hybrid wing that will need to score from all over and if he can find his spots and consistent play Lehi could be a sleeper.

Lone Peak

[player_tooltip player_id='1724365' first='Crew' last='Fotheringham'] & [player_tooltip player_id='1724367' first='Saxon' last='Young']

Young moves over from Lehi and brings about 9 PPG with him. That is likely to go up as his time on the floor woll increase and he should get a lot more looks. Fotheringham on the other hand is a player onthe rise and these two playing together could be a really good 2-man game. Lone Peak has a lot of pieces that might be inder looked but will soon be names to know.

Skyridge

[player_tooltip player_id='2346735' first='Ryder' last='Gentry'] & [player_tooltip player_id='2540005' first='Joel' last='Gardner']

Skyridge is a team that is likely to surprise a lot of people this coming season. They run good sets and play discipline defense. Gentry is set to make a big jump this year, especially with a few guards graduating. He is athletic and does a good job of getting downhill. Gardner had a really good year playing inside and outside and if he can shoot the ball better and work off of picks he could help his stock out. Look for Gardner to increase his overall stats and that includes his assist as a playmaker he is going to be more consistent this coming season.
