[player_tooltip player_id='2218442' first='Tyshawn' last='Duncan'] is the consensus Big Dawg in the Class of 2026 for the state of Louisiana. He has solidified his spot at the top of the rankings after an amazing summer that started with the [program_tooltip program_id='2076957' first='Louisiana' last='Elite'] and Ended with JL3 at Peach Jam. Duncan has taken the time to develop his game, and the sky is the limit for this Louisiana Hooper. His game is a blend of power and finesse, but his energy is what sets him apart. Over the years he has sculpted his body, increased his athleticism and expanded his game to be a trusted mid-range and three point shooter. His recent commitment to ULL is the culmination of his hard work over the years.

Vital is a traditional big and his NBA comparable would be Rudy Gobert. Vital is a quick jumper that runs the floor well and thrives in pick and roll situations. He is a servant big and does not look to score unless required, but when he has his eyes on the goal, he can finish. He is easily the biggest player in the state, and on the EYBL Circuit he was still a giant among the top players in the nation. He is a top player in the state because he has locked in on the basics and fundamentals and built his body. He will play college basketball in the future. He has interest from UNC, and Wake Forest and picked up plenty of offers in the state as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2894330' first='Joab' last='Trosclair'] has been quietly waited for his time to shine in the rankings and is ready to be recognized as a high level prospect and top big in the state. His unique blend of skill, size and athleticism make him one of the most intriguing prospects in the state. He is a long 6'10, but has a muscular frame to go with the length. He checks all the boxes for a big man, but he can also shoot the mid-range shot which is an added skill set that a lot of big men don't have in their arsenal. Trosclair has put the work in the weight room and developed his skill and he will be a key piece for his team that can make a deep run in the playoffs with his high-level potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='2896549' first='Kristofer' last='Jackson'] is a name that is growing in basketball circles in North Louisiana because of his size, energy and athleticism. The District 1A MVP, Jackson was dominant on both sides of the ball all season and he has continued that trend in the summer. He is tough to guard on the offensive side of the ball because of his scoring mentality. He can get you 28 and 15 whenever he wants. His handle has improved, and his IQ is off the charts. Coaches looking for a big with immense upside and motor need to give Jackson a look. His senior season could end with a deep playoff run for the sneaky Arcadia Hornets Program

[player_tooltip player_id='2629209' first='Gage' last='Wright'] is a player that I was able to watch play several times in the summer, and even though he does not have the same height sas the other centers, he makes up for it in size. He is built like a D1 Linebacker and uses his size and weight to his advantage in every situation. His clear understanding of the game and how to use angles give him an edge is most match ups. Gage is a physical big, that honestly looks better when he plays against bigger players because that is his time to demonstrate his overall strength. He will be a key player on both sides of the ball for Menard this season as they look to make a deep run in the upcoming Prep Season.
