(79) [player_tooltip player_id='2906415' first='Beckett' last='Boeset'] | SG | Clear Creek Amana

Boeset is an athletic, skilled three-level scoring guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands. His length and athleticism allow him to defend multiple positions, and with the multitude of graduation losses that the Clippers suffered, he's going to have a chance to shine as a junior as a dominant scoring threat.

(91) [player_tooltip player_id='2757890' first='Tommy' last='North'] | CG | Oskaloosa

A talented playmaking guard, North handles it well, sees the floor, and can knock down shots off both the dribble and the catch. He uses his handles and quick first step to play downhill and get to the rim off the bounce, where he can finish effectively with either hand.

(101) [player_tooltip player_id='2906399' first='Henry' last='Ruzicka'] | SF | Waverly-Shell Rock

A long, bouncy 6-3/6-4 wing who can attack the rim off the dribble, Ruzicka averaged 13.2 points a game at Charles City as a sophomore and has transferred to Waverly-Shell Rock for his junior year. His length and athleticism should be a major boost for the Go-Hawks.

(130) [player_tooltip player_id='2906478' first='Parker' last='Masteller'] | PF | Jesup

Masteller is a skilled 6-4/6-5 big man with a traditional, back-to-the-basket game. He's a great rebounder on both ends of the floor, does a nice job staying vertical and contesting without fouling, and he can pass out of the high post area. He averaged 9.7 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game as a sophomore and will be the focal point of the team as a junior.

(131) [player_tooltip player_id='2724157' first='Quintin' last='Honn'] | SG | Denver

Honn proved to be a big-time shooting threat as a sophomore for the Cyclones, knocking down 63 3-pointers at a 42% clip. He largely operates without the ball in his hands, but showcased some impressive vision and handles, flashing secondary playmaking skills throughout his sophomore campaign. He averaged 11.5 points and 2.4 assists per game and will become the go-to scorer as a junior.

(137) [player_tooltip player_id='2906467' first='Colt' last='Koeppen'] | SF | Vinton-Shellsburg

One of two 6-2 Vikings to appear in this list of top newcomers to the rankings, Koepper does more of his damage inside the arc, playing downhill and attacking the rim or posting up smaller defenders and taking advantage of his size and strength. He averaged 11.4 points and 5.7 rebounds per game as a sophomore.

(138) [player_tooltip player_id='2906425' first='Isaac' last='Fandeh'] | PF | Hoover

Fandeh is an athletic 6-4/6-5 big man who can protect the rim defensively, control the glass, and he finishes effectively around the rim. His length and explosive athleticism are his biggest assets at this point in time, averaging 9.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.

(142) [player_tooltip player_id='2906502' first='Kade' last='Sutton'] | SG | Vinton-Shellsburg

Sutton is the other newcomer to the rankings from Vinton-Shellsburg, a 6-2 guard who can create plays off the dribble or knock down shots off the catch. His 34.6% from 3-point range led the team last season, and his ability to help spread the floor is invaluable for a team that relies on their strength and athleticism to play largely inside the arc.

(144) [player_tooltip player_id='2401396' first='Prince' last='Weagbah'] | PG | Heelan

Weagbah is a bit on the smaller side still, but he handles it well, can play with or without the ball in his hands, and has a great first step that he uses to blow by defenders. Despite his smaller stature he doesn't shy away from contact around the bucket, and he shoots it well off the catch with range well beyond the high school line.

(148) [player_tooltip player_id='2770487' first='Darius' last='Foy'] | C | Fort Madison

A big, physical 6-8 forward, Foy averaged 7.7 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks per game on 53.4% shooting as a sophomore. He has good hands, soft touch, and developing footwork.
