[player_tooltip player_id='2419854' first='Drew' last='Fischer'] | PG | North Scott
The move: 62 to 52

Coming off a season in which he played well as a role player for the Lancers, Fischer has shined during his 16U summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2075630' first='Martin' last='Brothers'], routinely putting up big games on both ends of the floor. He's a high IQ two-way guard who uses his physicality, quickness, and IQ to his advantage.

[player_tooltip player_id='2754693' first='D'Mir' last='Coleman'] | PF | Roosevelt
The move: 120 to 54

Coleman averaged 5.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game on 76% shooting as a sophomore at Des Moines North and has transferred to play his junior year at Roosevelt. An athletic, long 6-8/6-9 big man who runs the floor well, protects the paint defensively, and can finish with authority at the rim, he looks primed to have a big junior year for the Roughriders.

[player_tooltip player_id='2754714' first='Trey' last='Osterhaus'] | SG | Carlisle
The move: 147 to 65

Osterhaus was awesome as a sophomore for the Wildcats, averaging 15.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.6 steals per game on 39-37-86 shooting splits. He has followed that up with a strong 16U season with the [program_tooltip program_id='2119712' first='Iowa' last='Suns'] in which he has showcased his three-level scoring and playmaking.

[player_tooltip player_id='2419756' first='Blayn' last='Robinson'] | PF | Central DeWitt
The move: 121 to 68

Robinson didn't get any varsity run for the Sabers as a sophomore, but the combo forward has played well with MidPro Academy this summer, largely playing up with the 17U team. His combination of size, length, athleticism, and skill line him up nicely for a junior year breakout.

[player_tooltip player_id='2419814' first='Thomas' last='DeWall'] | SG | Indianola
The move: 124 to 77

DeWall didn't have a great sophomore year with the Indians, averaging 2.1 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game, but he impressed at the Winterset Shootout in June with Indianola and has the size and skill level that makes him a really intriguing prospect to monitor heading into his junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2407223' first='Keagen' last='Winterfeld'] | PG | Unity Christian
The move: 117 to 93

Winterfeld put together a really nice sophomore year for the Knights, averaging 9.0 points per game off the bench while shooting 50% from the 3-point line. He's a talented shooting threat with the ability to play with or without the ball in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='2754658' first='Laken' last='Caves'] | PG | Alburnett
The move: 116 to 97

A quick, athletic guard who defends the ball well, Caves has great lateral quickness and quick hands that he uses to pester opposing ball-handlers. He sees the floor well and is the type of versatile, athletic guard who can stuff the stat sheet, averaging 9.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.2 steals per game as a sophomore for the Pirates.
