#PHOhioState Top 17U Players – Saturday Afternoon

He was great and got HOT from deep. He was knocking down shots from the volleyball line in transition, falling down, and in the paint in the middle of a ton of traffic. He was playing with a high level of confidence with the thought that every shot was going in and that was because most did. He had a bounce in his step and quick release. He has become a lot more fluid with his movement and is comfortable putting the ball on the ground. He is good at putting his back to the basket and then using his size and strength to back his defenders underneath the basket. Willow was good around the rim with touch on the offensive end and then always as a rim protector. He has the green light from anywhere on the court. He has an unlimited range. The ball comes off his hand quick. He knocked down a ton of shots in the game I watched. He was able to create space with a quick step back. He did a great job of creating contact and then hopping back to get space. Once he created space the shot was up and in. He is a fast player which allows him to be everywhere on the floor on both ends. He is a great defender who can such any other guard down. He was great at showing effort on that end. He then is a great player in transition. He has an understanding of doing the little things right on the court. Hitting the rolling big in the right spot, making the extra pass, anticipating where the ball was going to be passed and stopping it, and even more. These are the characteristics you look for in a good point guard and this is what Broadwell. He is an efficient scorer and player. Just makes the right and simple plays.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
