Bay City + LakeShow Tournament 14U W/F Standouts

Will Farrington: 6'7” Big with Skill, Size, and    Will Farrington, a 6'7” forward/center attending Campolindo High (Orinda, CA), is making early noise on the court and building momentum heading into high school. Fresh off a tournament win in Texas, a proud moment from his summer—Farrington has his sights set on his next goal of making the varsity squad right away.   Farrington impacts the game on both ends: His game against CDA Elite, he blocked a shot to himself and immediately started the break. He had a strong two-hand flush off a drop step in a half-court setting. He also hit a couple of corner 3's stretching the floor with a soft perimeter touch. In the post, he feels very comfortable facing up his defender and they're in trouble—he has a few go to moves from there. At his size and skill level, Farrington is a rising big to watch in NorCal's 2029 class.     Anthony Osborn: Athletic Wing with Explosive Upside   Anthony Osborn, a 6'4” forward attending San Leandro High. Osborn is an athletic wing who thrives in transition. He loves to get out and run and finish over opponents. Osborn also is not bashful when it comes to shooting the 3-ball. Defenders will have to guard him out there.   Anthony is a natural slasher; he finishes well through contact and already plays comfortably at the rim. With his athleticism and ability to attack the basket, he brings energy and scoring to the wing position, and he's just getting started.     Jaden Hector: 6'5” Point Forward with Elite Potential   Jaden Hector, a 6'5” forward from Sacred Heart High in the 2029 class, is already turning heads with his rare blend of size and guard skills. A true big wing who plays like a point forward, Hector has shown flashes of high-level ability—especially when pushing the ball in transition and pulling up for jumpers off the dribble. Jaden also showed us a made 3 off a twine-cross dribble.   Though still raw in some areas, Hector has the intangibles to be elite. He plays with confidence, competes on both ends of the floor, and uses his length to challenge, block, or alter shots defensively. He's active, engaged, and shows a willingness to do the little things that impact winning.With continued development and more game reps, Jaden Hector has the tools to grow into one of the top prospects in his class. The foundation is there—now it's about sharpening it. With his strong frame and physical style of play, he thrives when driving to the basket—absorbing contact and finishing through it with ease.   Stickmon's athleticism stands out on both ends, but he really makes his mark defensively. He has the ability to lock up on the perimeter and defend the post. Whether it's disrupting passing lanes or challenging shots, he brings intensity and toughness every possession. As an incoming freshman, [player_tooltip player_id='2890905' first='Amari' last='Stickmon'] is already showing flashes of a high-impact two-way player with plenty of upside.     Prince Nasir: Stuart Hall's 2029 Force in the Paint   Prince Nasir, a 6'1” who is going to attend Stuart Hall this fall plays with a physical edge and high-level instincts that set him apart. He attacks the rim with force and he really controlled the paint on both ends of the floor and making his presence felt every possession.   Nasir is able to get his own offense with ease. He doesn't need plays run for him to be productive. He creates opportunities through positioning, timing, and hustle. Whether it's sealing a defender, grabbing a board, or slashing, he finds ways to contribute without needing a bunch of FG attempts.    He also plays with a mature understanding of the game. You rarely see him force a bad shot or make the wrong read. Prince consistently makes the right play, showing that he's not just a scorer but mentally sharp as well. With his power, skill, and basketball IQ, Prince Nasir is already to help Stuart Hall get to the next level     [player_tooltip player_id='2886591' first='Omari' last='Allen']: Class of 2030 Wing Already Playing Beyond His Years   Wearing #8 for the Lakeshow is says it all, with that jersey and team name means you have to bring it. And [player_tooltip player_id='2886591' first='Omari' last='Allen'] absolutely did. The 6'2” G/F from Prep Middle School in Antioch was all over the court, showing why he's one of the most exciting young prospects in NorCal's 2030 class. Omari did a bit of everything. He had a highlight chase-down block that brought the gym to life, picked up a few steals, and rebounded on both ends. Whether it was extending possessions or finishing tough plays, his motor never stopped.   Against WHPH, he showed he could get downhill and attack the cup. He lived at the line, drawing contact and earning eight free throw attempts in the second half alone. His physicality, athleticism, and feel for the game already look like they belong at the higher high school levels.   After the game, I asked Omari which high school he planned on attending next year. He smiled and said, “I'm not sure yet—I'm in the class of 2030.” I yelled at his coach, “ No way he was just in the 7th grade!”
