Here's our list of players in these rankings who've made huge jumps in ranking while also making large gains in improvement to their game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2306566' first='Isaiah' last='Turner'] has seemingly returned to 100% recovery and regained his former bounce and explosiveness to put on full display his tools and talents. Turner has transformed himself into a tempo-pushing guard on the offensive end while becoming a defensive weapon on the other end of the floor. His play throughout the Big Shots circuit thus far has concreted himself into one of WV's top players regardless of class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2690991' first='Konnor' last='Fox'] won over alot of fans during his high school's state tournament run. The true center looks to have good feet and body control despite hitting a huge growth spurt almost overnight last year. Fox's game is ever-developing and does put in alot of solo work in the gym on off days. Most consider him to easily be the top true center prospect in WV regardless of class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2849057' first='David' last='Robinson Jr']. has came outta nowhere in terms of basketball and made many take notice. The D1 football prospect is a true multi-sport athlete as he puts on quite a display of skill and strength when on the hardwood with high level explosiveness to make him a serious matchup problem for any size defender. Robinson's slashing ability while having the talent to finish at the rim is nearly unmatched. If not football, David Jr. would be a legit hoops prospect in this class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2639442' first='Kyler' last='Carpenter'] came on the radar late last year as many started hearing about this long athletic kid at a private school. Carpenter got to display his game several times against big school SSAC opponents to legitimize himself with scouts, coaches and media. Kyler has solid guard skills and a real talent to use his length getting in the paint and creating for himself or a teammate.

[player_tooltip player_id='2508622' first='Isaiah' last='Scott'] had a reputation as a sniper coming into this offseason but has quickly added parts of his game that include paint touches and slashing playmaking. A slim-reaper body type is what you'll see but nothing less than effective for this rising and incoming junior. Scott will play a big part of South Charleston's future success.

[player_tooltip player_id='2867472' first='Josiah' last='Heiney'] got his first look by us as well as many others while on the floor for WV Reign on his Big Shots debut performances. His two-way play with a rangy and athletic frame seems to be evolving from week to week while figuring out his ceiling which seems to be very high. Look for Heiney to be one of Lewis County's top players if not top player this coming year as he matures into a complete and efficient player.
