Oklahoma State Tournament: 2030 Standout Performers

The future of basketball was on full display at the Prep Hoops Oklahoma State Tournament, as the 13U, 14U, and 15U divisions delivered a weekend filled with high-level talent, energy, and breakout performances. From emerging floor generals and shot-making wings to high-motor bigs anchoring the paint, the young prospects in the 2028–2030 classes showed flashes of brilliance well beyond their years.    Blessed with top-tier length and physical tools, Wyatt Miller-Neal stood out as a high-upside prospect with a high motor and a presence that intimidated opponents. His energy on the floor lifted the intensity of his teammates and disrupted opposing offensive rhythm. While still developing his skill set, Wyatt showed flashes of promise that point toward a high ceiling. His raw game, when polished, could turn him into a two-way force with impact on both ends of the court.     Elijah Brown plays with a tough, competitive spirit and a chip on his shoulder. Every possession was personal to Brown as he competed like a championship was on the line. On the defensive side of the ball, Elijah Brown was locked in, using his quick feet and aggressive mindset to keep the ball in front and disrupt rhythm. Offensively, he operated with poise and discipline, never forcing his scoring. Brown's handle was tight, compact, and low to the ground, giving him elite control and making his hesitations, stop dribbles, and pace changes incredibly hard to guard. When Elijah found space, he capitalized, whether with a quick-trigger mid-range pull-up or a smooth floater in the lane.     A polished and poised guard with an advanced skill set and an innate feel for the game. Vaughn moved with purpose and fluidity, using smooth footwork and deceptive deceleration to Eurostep around defenders in one-on-one situations. When playing up, he didn't just hold his own, he thrived. Able to shift seamlessly between secondary playmaker and scorer, he operated effectively both on and off the ball, exploiting space and consistently making the right play.     McCall delivered a milestone moment with his first-ever dunk after ripping a steal, barreling straight down the middle of the lane, and exploding off one foot for a powerful finish above the rim. McCall proved he's explosive off both one and two feet when attacking the rim with a full head of steam. His physicality, straight-line speed, and fearless mentality made him a downhill force.     A blur in transition with fluid speed and long, effortless strides that allowed him to cover ground in an instant. Brown pushed the pace aggressively and was nearly impossible to stay in front of once he had a head of steam. His ability to accelerate and get downhill at will made him a dangerous open-court threat and a constant pressure point on defenses.     Washington has the one trait you can't teach, natural length. Standing at 6'3” as a 7th grader, he possesses elite physical tools and coordination for his size. He flashed serious upside as a run-and-jump athlete, consistently outrunning opposing bigs in transition for early post positioning and quick interior finishes. His touch is still developing, but the instincts and timing are already there. As Washington's skill set catches up with his body, he projects as a high-upside frontcourt prospect with long-term potential.
