HABCA All Star Game: Class of 2025 Recruitment Watch

This is a chance for all the best seniors in the greater Houston area, committed or not, to show off their game one last time for the city. The Dickinson HS senior combo guard shoots at an efficient clip from range as well as getting to the rim and finishing through contact. He knows when to pass to an open teammate and is a great motivational leader on both ends. I once compared his off-ball movement to Stephen Curry as he continuously moves on the offensive end to get open and picks his spots on the floor well. Emelife uses his big frame and good footwork to beat other posts in the paint, and he can even extend his range to the middy jumpshot and knock them down with poise. Izu also stays disciplined on defense and doesn't bite on pump fakes often, holding down the fort in the middle. He is a very unselfish player who always knows where his teammates are on the court, and he was one of the catalysts for Clear Lake all year. Barclay uses a variety of dribble moves to get past the defense to the rim or can pull up off the dribble and hit tough shots. Julien impressed me with his hustle play multiple times this season and will be a big steal for any college coach who gets him at this point. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
