<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833948' first='Abraham' last='Azua'], Hozho Academy</strong>: Averaged over 12 points and 3 rebounds per game. Hozho should be improved in 2025-26 as they return nearly ever player on the roster.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833906' first='Brody' last='Brazil'], Mountainair</strong>: Brazil led Mountainair to 20 wins and Class 1A playoff berth by averaging 15.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Mountainair has most of its key players returning next season. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833729' first='Aden' last='Clah'], Navajo Prep</strong>: Clah was one of the sparkplugs for Navajo Prep this season as the Eagles won 24 games and reached the 3A quarterfinals before losing to championship game participant St. Michael's. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833760' first='Camden' last='Daves'], Mesilla Valley Christian</strong>: The 6-foot-6 Daves emerged this past season as one of the top young players in southern New Mexico. He was one of a handful of players to average a double-double on the season with 22.2 points and 11.8 rebounds per game. Unfortunately, Mesilla Valley Christin was upset at home in the first round of the 2A playoffs, so the folks at the Pit didn't get a chance to see him play. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833734' first='Antonio' last='Garcia'], Mora</strong>: Garcia was the leader of a Mora team that reached the 2A quarterfinals in the state tournament. He scored 19 points – more than half his team's total – and stole the ball 3 times in the quarterfinals loss to Pecos </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833741' first='CJ' last='Granados'], Dexter</strong>: Granados is one of the most dynamic two-sport athletes in the entire state. He's the quarterback for the Demons football team and arguably the best player on the basketball team. He averaged 22.4 points and 4 rebounds per game as a sophomore in 2024-25, earning Honorable Mention All-State honors. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833929' first='Ethan' last='Hazen'], Roy/Mosquero</strong>: Hazen has already scored close to 850 points in his first two years of varsity basketball for the Blue. As a sophomore in 2024-35, he averaged 14 points and 7 rebounds per game to lead Roy/Mosquero to the quarterfinals of the 1A state tournament. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833891' first='Jordan' last='Holland'], Fort Sumner/House</strong>: Earned 1A First-Team All-State honors after helping Fort Sumner/House to a splendid 22-win season and a spot in the 1A semifinals. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2216957' first='Vicente' last='Ortiz'], East Mountain</strong>: Averaged 13 points per game and drained 49 3-pointers (average of nearly 2 per game) for East Mountain, which reached the 3A playoffs.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833977' first='Mihail' last='Parada'], NMMI</strong>: The 6-foot-4 Parada averaged 12.3 points and 7.1 rebounds per game this past season for NMMI, which suffered a close loss to eventual semifinalist Bosque in the 1<sup>st</sup> round of the 3A playoffs.</p>
