Defensively, he stood out with long arms, quick feet, and instinctual reactions, locking up on-ball assignments, jumping passing lanes, and blowing up opposing sets. He showed college-range shooting with a smooth, fluid release and compact form. His mechanics, from his elevation to the high release point, were clean and consistent, allowing him to shoot over contests and stretch the defense to its limits.
