<p>With the state tournaments looming and teams securing their spots for a chance to win a state title, I took a look into each district within each class to see who's headed to the state tournaments.</p>

<p>In the play-in game, 4th seed Mount Baker defeated 5th seed Blaine 47-46. [player_tooltip player_id='2375372' first='Darius' last='Gilstrap'] stepped up for the Mounties in a must win game.</p>

<p>Number 2 seed Meridian hosted 3 seed Nooksack Valley. The Trojans would take home the win, 69-56 with [player_tooltip player_id='1984464' first='Talon' last='Jenkins'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1485653' first='Jaeger' last='Fyfe'] stepping up. Nooksack would move to the loser-out part of the bracket. Number 1 seed Lynden Christian took home the win with ease against number 4 seed Mount Baker, 92-43. Mount Baker would go to the loser-out part of the bracket.</p>

<p>In the District 1 championship game and a trip to the D1/D2 crossover on the line. Top seed Lynden Christian took on the 2nd seed, Meridian. The Lyncs would win, 68-54 and advance to the District 1/2 crossover. Meridian would head down to the loser-out part of the bracket. In a loser out game 3rd seed Nooksack Valley took on 4th seed Mount Baker. Nooksack Valley would win, 59-56 and advance to the last loser-out game. </p>

<p>With 1 more spot left in the D1/D2 crossover, Nooksack Valley took on Meridian It was a great battle with both teams having their seasons on the line. Meridian would win, 62-54 and advance on with Nooksack Valley having their season end.</p>
