2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1765548' first='Wesley' last='Walz'] (Spirit Lake)

A 6-0 junior guard, Walz was really good on the glass and as a distributor against Osage, dishing out 6 assists to go with 9 rebounds and 13 points. He's a floor general who paces a potent attack that features a lot of high-powered scoring threats.

2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2381239' first='Andon' last='Watson'] (Van Meter)

Watson was really good in a season-ending loss to Albia, scoring 18 points on an efficient 6-9 shooting, including going 3-6 from behind the arc. The 6-0 junior is a three-level scorer who can play with or without the ball in his hands.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1484412' first='Karsten' last='Moret'] (Western Christian)

The top-ranked Wolfpack absolutely dominated Hinton, and Moret's super efficient night was one of many standouts for Western. The 6-3 shooting guard had 23 points on 9-11 shooting (3-4 3P, 2-2 FT) with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal, and a block. He's a sniper from deep with a lightning-quick release, and he does a great job using the threat of his jumper to open up his dribble-drive.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1839807' first='Ryan' last='Treptow'] (Jesup)

Treptow and big man [player_tooltip player_id='2906478' first='Parker' last='Masteller'] were both great in the J-Hawks' upset win over Cascade. An athletic 6-3 guard who can score from anywhere, he puts constant pressure on opposing defenses with his ability to create off the dribble. He had 22 points on 8-14 shooting (3-4 3P, 3-6 FT) with 9 rebounds, 5 assists, a steal, and 2 blocks.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='2398114' first='Logan' last='Moline'] (Manson-Northwest Webster)

A strong guard who uses his physicality and athleticism to get to the rim for finishes routinely, Moline had 24 points on 11-14 shooting with 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and a block in the Cougars win over Ridge View.

2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2420798' first='Griffin' last='Glynn'] (Kuemper Catholic)

Kuemper blew out West Marshall by nearly 40 points behind a largely balanced attack. But two sophomores, Glynn and [player_tooltip player_id='2420805' first='Dylan' last='Schon'], were particularly outstanding. Glynn, a 6-0 guard, had 20 points on 9-11 shooting (1-2 3P, 1-1 FT) with 3 rebounds, an assist, and a steal. He's a high IQ guard who does a great job getting downhill and getting to the rim.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='2204887' first='Nicholas' last='Zrostlik'] (Garner-Hayfield-Ventura)

GVH's season ended on Tuesday night against Unity Christian, but Zrostlik had one final good game against the Knights, scoring a team-high 19 points on 7-12 shooting, including going 5-10 from the 3-point line.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1951824' first='Braeden' last='Bosma'] (Unity Christian)

A strong, athletic 6-1 guard who can do a little bit of everything on both ends, Bosma had 18 points on 7-13 shooting (2-4 3P, 2-3 FT) with 6 rebounds, an assist, a steal, and 2 blocks in the Knights' win over Garner-Hayfield-Ventura.

2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2420786' first='AJ' last='Harder'] (Tri-Center)

Tri-Center's season ended with a loss to OABCIG, but Harder was strong as a scorer and playmaker. The skilled 6-1 sophomore is a good athlete who plays with pace and can score from anywhere on the floor. He took a ton of 3s in the Trojans' loss, going 7-17 from the arc en route to 27 points with 3 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals.

2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2731868' first='Colby' last='Gray'] (Northeast)

A 6-4 lead guard with great size, Gray uses that size advantage to see over the defense and either shoot over them or find open teammates. He was extremely efficient in the Rebels win over Monticello, scoring 20 points on 7-9 shooting (5-7 3P) with 5 rebounds.

He's one of the top guards in the class, a crafty, explosive guard who can score from anywhere.
