The following are the best 5 senior college prospects in Hendersonville, Tennessee. What this means is that they will eventually receive the greatest recruiting attention and enjoy the best opportunities.

Though the ultimate decision in this specific ranking was mine alone I strongly considered input from head coaches from around the city. For example, I was able to get Beech Head Coach Kip Brown on the phone January 15th.

1) [player_tooltip player_id='1498844' first='Kamden' last='Days'] (John Paul II)

Through 18 games rim-runner [player_tooltip player_id='1498844' first='Kamden' last='Days'] is averaging 17.4 points per game all while shooting 66% from the field! Days leads JPII in rebounding by a mile. Through those 18 contests the senior already tugged down 153 rebounds.

Much of the exciting potential shown by Days last season converted into production this campaign. Mid-January Kamden scored 28 points as part of a double-double against Brentwood Academy. The next night he scored 32 points against C.P.A.

2) [player_tooltip player_id='2610425' first='TJ' last='Ruffin'] (Beech)

"He guards the other team's best player," shared Beech Head Coach Kip Brown. "He is our best guard by far, and our second-best player. He is averaging 14 ppg. 3.5 rpg, 1+ spg, 1+ bpg.

Ruffin's role changed quite a bit from last season to this.

"[Last year] he started.," said Coach Brown. "He would run the point and off-guard. Outside of Cutter and our three seniors he filled that role. Good team basketball. He only got like 6 ppg on very few shots. He took the lead this summer. Really quick off-the-dribble. Not many guys can keep him in front. Real bouncy. He has several dunks this year [in-game]."

Does he intend to play college basketball?

"He wants to play in college. He wants to play somewhere. 6'2" long. Long wingspan. He is skinny. Needs to put on a little muscle. He jumps out when you see him play a quarter or two."

3) [player_tooltip player_id='2747408' first='Cooper' last='Jordan'] (Hendersonville)

Consistent guard with modest athleticism. Cooper can handle decently. A little wiggle. He rebounds with great effort. Tough, physical dude. Defends multiple positions with extreme tenacity. High-academic.

Can take a bump and still finish in the lane.

Jordan knocked down four three-pointers at Mt. Juliet.
