Recent Standout Leaders Across Massachusetts

<p>Leaders lead by example, give everything they have for the teams success, have intangibles and facilitate in ways to create winning characteristics that transform the team camaraderie. They are not only just scorers on the team but give an extra effort to communicate, dive on the floor, pass the ball for more high percentage shots and play with a winning attitude even if the team is going to loose. Leaders lead by example and not always voice their leadership skills. Leaders give efforts beyond the imaginable to do what no one else will at times. These players below illustrate their leadership skills through actions on the court and could play for me.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">A captain in the program and it shows on the floor. One of the taller players on his team but developed dribbling skills. A well-built muscular athlete who pushes the tempo when needed for fast breaks while dribbling. Has good vision making great strong passes. Has good jab/rip moves off the catch. Good bounce and balance in the air to make his shots. This kid can shoot in traffic, transition or off the dribble. Gets his feet set up quick which is all part of the process of being a pure scorer. He is unselfish giving up an easy layup instead passing the ball forward to teammates for an assist. His vision is truly remarkable making unbelievable no look passes on the dot. A great free throw shooter who can knock down shots from deep.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">A strong and well-built athlete. Great bounce creating to multiple rebounds on both ends of the floor. An impressive facet of his game was his ability to pass as a center with a nice skip pass to a money three in the game. Quick laterally beating dribblers to spots. Fills the stat sheet up with his great passes, rebounding abilities and finishes through contact. Plays well defensively getting boards, steals leading to easy transition baskets and tie ups. Offensively has a lot to offer squaring shoulders for better shot selection and hard takes to the rim drawing the foul.
