As I often say with players in this age group, regardless of what I place in the write-up, it is just a snapshot, and all players listed need to continue to work on their overall game in all facets on both ends of the floor.

The strength of Khalife's game is simple: he is a downhill attacking guard who constantly puts pressure on the rim. He did the same thing time and time again, yet no one was able to stop him or contain him. There is a lot of work to do as he has to add to his game, but as a 6th grader who is learning the game, his ability to get to the cup off the bounce was second to none in comparison to his peers.

The first player that caught my eye at the showcase was Jacob. He was in 3v3 action and was more engaged and assertive than anybody else. He was competing on both ends, aggressive off the bounce, and defending at a high level. His play carried over to 5v5, and he continued to show his ability to get to his spots off the bounce and create for others. I really liked his functionality as a triple-threat player who contributes as a shooter, passer, and driver.

He is a lead guard who initiated the offense but had an aggressive mindset as he looked to create his own offense. He is a shifty ball-handler and was able to get to and score from wherever he wanted. At this point of the process, his game is a little more advanced than his peers, yet he has so much to work on. As good as Jordan is at putting pressure on the rim, I liked his willingness to be an active on-ball defender.

He competes at both ends of the floor and impacts the game with his energy. As he continues to develop, he will learn how to channel that energy, as sometimes he plays so hard that he loses his assignment. He has a budding PQ IQ, and his development is one to watch.
